I'm sorry it's been far to long! But I'm trying to keep this blog updated as much as I can!

Now onto today's track - I adore Troye Sivan, his YouTube channel is awesome, and I was totally shocked that he could sing! And sing well - it seems that loads of youtubers are getting record contacts and sucking miserably at being an 'artist' but Troye is on a whole other level. His new album 'Blue Neighbourhood' is on repeat, it's dreamy and so unique to the typical pop that comes from internet stars.

My favourite song easily is 'Talk Me Down' listen to it below

Blue Neighbourhood is out now - full review coming soon!

Hey there, it's been a while! Let's skip the excuses and get a new track of the day!

Walk the Moon are quirky, happy and just interesting to listen to. Their first album (self titled) is wonderful and so is their brand new album 'TALKING IS HARD' it's really encouraging to see bands going up rather than putting out a disapointing second album!

And this is the first track on the album 'Different Colours' I think it gives a great introduction to the album, and to the band in general - so if you like this, I'd highly recommend you check them out!

Walk the Moon's new album 'Talking is Hard' is out now!

FLORENCE & THE MACHINE ARE INCREDIBLE
THAT'S ALL.

It's been a long long time since 'Ceremonials' and Florence is back with a bang and this is easily one of my favourite tracks off the new album - and the fact that in a week I will be seeing them is insane and wonderful and I'm way too excited. So of course this had to be the track of the day!

FLORENCE & THE MACHINE 'QUEEN OF PEACE'
(Note: Definitely have a watch of this whole video, just amazing!)

Don't forget to listen to Florence's new album 'How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful' because it is truly, stunning.

Normally I would only post my own playlists on this blog but since this one is so so so good I had to share it! It's by a user named 'robereston' feel free to take a look at their other playlists!

This one has definitely showed me some bands which is what I love so much about playlists - so have a listen down below!

To be honest it was either this track in my head, or the Jurassic World/Park theme tune (Watched it last night, amazing!) This isn't usually something I'd would like, but the more I've listened to it, the more I really like it! I'd love to know your thoughts!

Go- The Chemical Brothers

'Go' will be featured on the Chemical Brothers new album 'Born in the Echoes'

Another day, another track for you guys to listen to!
I am a huge fan of Imagine Dragons, they're refreshing and are incredible performers- I saw them at a festival last year and you can just see how much they love performing.

So it's only right to have them as a track of the day - especially when this is in my head today!
POLAROID- Imagine Dragons

Their new album 'Smoke & Mirrors' is available now and is honestly worth the purchase- They'll be a full review up soon!

I'm back, I'm back, I'm back with a brand new track of the day!

Today it comes from one of my favourite artists, The Weeknd. If you've never heard of him, I'd highly recommend checking him out, especially his album 'Trilogy' because that is easily one of my all time favourite albums.

This song has been playing on the radio for a while now and it's so god damn catchy, it's been in my head for pretty much to whole day...so that's why it deserves the track of the day!

Any thoughts? Let me know below!
The Weeknd's new album 'Beauty Behind THE Madness' is expected to be released late August!

I'm gonna try and start a track of the day with this blog, although this will probably not end up well because I have commitment issues - seriously, don't count on this being a regular thing.

Anyway, I saw this guy at a small Bastille gig about 2 years ago, and he was incredible. This song is a personal favourite of mine, and thanks to one of the places I work having it on their playlist - I've grown to know this song probably too well!

'I see you, darling.
Eyes looking like you had a fight with the rain'

Opinions below please!

Okay, first post on this blog!

I’m not completely new to blogging, I have my primary blog (Hello I’m Nonsense) which is basically a load of different things I like to talk about, but looking through that it seemingly became more music based than anything else, so I decided to start anew and create and second blog entirely dedicated to music.

I’m trying to motivate myself to stick to a schedule to keep this blog fun and up to date as possible (I will probably laugh and sob at this post in about 2 months when this is still the only thing posted on here, sorry in advance!)

This blog will be a mixture of reviews and opinions on music and artists along with news & a personal love of  mine, playlists – I am completely obsessed with 8Tracks and I have made a little pact with myself to do at least 1 new playlist every 2 weeks (maybe once a week if I can get through it!) I’ve had a couple of requests from people asking for more playlists so I guess this will be the place where I can post my ideas behind certain playlists and give you a more open opinion on it.

So to leave this post on a high, here’s a playlist I created a while back that seems a little more fitting for the summer (although as I’m writing this it looks miserable, come back sun!)
